Return & Refunds

At Lili Treks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address.

  4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders), within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed only after the item is returned and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank for updates

  • Then contact us at [email protected] if the issue persists

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, we may have already begun processing your order.
